Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems
- Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues
- Facility Operations Support
- New Site Support
- Mix of hands-on repair + system troubleshooting + facility support
- Independent problem-solving with access to a collaborative support network (engineering, senior techs) for complex escalations

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Experience working with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration(WIC/F)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites locally
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site facilities
- Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Compensation
- Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
