About the role
- Under the direction of the Health Center Director and in coordination with clinical leadership, the Senior Health Center Manager (Sr.
- HCM) oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned health center.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic performance, monitoring budgets and patient trends, and addressing operational challenges to support high-quality patient care.
- This role also provides cross-site operational support and contributes to system-wide consistency and best practices.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Ability to work evenings or Saturdays as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel between sites
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer/patient service and satisfaction
