Responsibilities
- Supports executive and high-priority travel coordination in partnership with the Travel Manager and ensures each travel arrangement is completed meticulously to the traveler's satisfaction.
- Independently manage travel-related disruptions and exceptions with the TMC and service providers, escalating complex or high-risk situations to the Travel Manager, as needed
- Maintain and update travel profiles, preferences, and documentation within booking tools and systems
- Provide travel support to Corporate Events and Conference Services teams to assist with Signet sponsored meetings and events.
- Occasional rotational after-hours support for SLT and international travelers (for emergencies)
- Support day-to-day supplier relationship management activities, including monitoring service delivery, responsiveness, and overall performance against expectations
- Track and document service issues, recurring challenges, and traveler feedback; identify patterns and escalate trends to the Travel & Relocation Manager
- Participate in supplier performance reviews by gathering data, compiling feedback, and preparing materials to support quarterly or periodic business reviews
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be comfortable interfacing with Signet's Senior Executives and their administrative staff.
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate travel operations, required
- Experience directly supporting executive travel, preferred
- Experience working with a travel management company (TMC) or relocation provider, preferred
- 4+ years' experience in corporate travel operations required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- experience with travel or expense systems is a plus
