Responsibilities
- The candidate will work specifically with the firm's operations team along with the rest of the Azimuth team to support the firm's internal operations functions and client service requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in similar operations-associated role
- Proficiency with computer software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- experience and proficiency with other industry-related applications (e.g., Advent
- College degree required; other industry-related qualifications or designations a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills consistent with role requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as appropriate to successfully perform role requirements in a coordinated team setting
- Demonstrable and reliable high level of attention to detail
- Desire to work in an informal, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- 365 Suite; experience and proficiency with other industry-related applications (e.g., Advent

- Specific experience with client on-boarding, cashiering and/or account billing a plus
- Axys/Moxy, Black Diamond, Satuit CRM, FactSet, custodian and workflow systems) a plus
Compensation
- The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000-$90,000 base salary compensation range.
