About the role
- As a PRN Registered Nurse for Prime Home Health, you will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to adult patients in the comfort of their homes.
- We have many visits available in all areas of San Antonio and other surrounding towns.
- Prime Home Health can provide you with competitive rates for visits and OASIS tasks along with paid mileage with an experienced, supportive administrative team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform skilled procedures such as venipuncture, tracheostomy care, and respiratory therapy.
- Monitor and manage symptoms, pain, and comfort levels, implementing appropriate interventions to alleviate distress.
- Maintain timely, accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, care provided, and patient outcomes in Kinnser/Wellsky (EHR).
