Responsibilities
- Create, edit, schedule, and publish written, photo, and video content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a social media and content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and videographer to develop content ideas, plan creative projects, and help fill gaps based on the needs of the marketing team.
- Support the marketing team with recruiting campaigns, email communications, website updates, print materials, internal communications, and other projects as needed.
Compensation
- The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience.

- About this opportunity
- The Marketing Coordinator will manage and support PAM's day-to-day social media efforts while also working closely with the graphic designer and videographer, contributing ideas, stepping into new projects, identifying opportunities, and supporting the team wherever gaps arise.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on social media experience, strong content instincts, and an interest in expanding their skills across digital advertising and other areas of marketing. The candidate should be creative, organized, adaptable, and willing to learn platforms such as Meta, Google, Indeed, and other recruiting or social media channels. Extensive paid advertising experience is not required
- This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
- The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience.

- How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Execute a results-driven organic social media strategy.
- Attend company and community events and produce live or timely social media content.
- Monitor social media messages, comments, reviews, and inquiries and respond appropriately.
- Identify industry trends, content opportunities, and relevant conversations.
- Review analytics and prepare reports on social media and marketing performance.
- Assist with influencer, employee advocacy, and community partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
