About the role
- In addition. this role oversees the execution of the product content, and coordinates resources from other departments, as well as produce and disseminate sophisticated, intermediary focused content.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Product Marketing Strategy for MFS' Investment Products - accountable for developing the product marketing plan and framing our positioning within the intermediary segment.
- Develop and Maintain the Investment Product Selling System for assigned Investment Product - collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and develop investment product content working with Global Enablement.
- Manage product launches - solicit input from key stakeholders within sales, investments and channel marketing to build the necessary content that will drive development of the marketing collateral, and promotions.
- Develop content with a commercial orientation providing actionable insight for financial professionals and their clients.
- Align activity with Strategic Initiatives and GTM plans - develop a plan underpinned by MFS strategic initiatives to support strategic firm goals.
- Excellent influencing skills as this position primarily integrating and aligning the priorities, needs and requirements of the broader Enablement & Marketing organization, that optimize client experience
- Ability to partner with enablement, sales as well as channel marketing leads to ensure financial advisor (client) feedback is continuously provided for the purpose of understanding the evolving needs of our clients across all channels (advisor, platforms etc.).

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of investment vehicles such as Mutual Funds and ETFs.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and challenge stakeholders effectively to advance consideration and debate of alternative points of view.
- Experience in financial service marketing.
- Ability to turn ideas into actionable items.
- Ability to stay on task in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Intellectually curious seeking to understand current market dynamics as well as industry trends that will affect future horizons and the ability of new and existing offers to continue to meet the needs of financial advisors in a way that adds value to their business process.
- Analytical skills to study, analyze and synthesize competitor and industry research and reports that result in actionable recommendations and considerations for optimization of existing products/offers and the development or new products/offers.
- Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Highly energized, creative thinker. Ability to turn ideas into actionable items.
- Motivated with strong drive for business results.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $123,000.00 - $177,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position.
- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
- In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
