Responsibilities
- Chart your own path with mentorship, resources, and flexibility to achieve your professional goals.
- Are you energized by building relationships, brainstorming solutions, and driving results?
- Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating.
- Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.
- Together, we'll build more than structures-we build legacies.
Requirements
- What You Bring to the Team A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
