Responsibilities

  • Support of JD Edwards contract management
  • Manage licensing, stability and storage programs
  • Work with Program Manager to manage time, scope and budget versus plan
  • Manage project team meetings including scheduling, presentation preparation, meeting minute taking, and action item tracking
  • Manage data reporting, requests, and delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as "go-to" team member for logistical support, problem solving and processes championing
  • This position is responsible for program administration and support of multiple programs in a fast-paced, growing contract development & manufacturing organization.
  • This support includes the maintenance of project scope, schedule and budget, as well as preparation of status reports for internal project teams, clients, and executive management.
  • This position will also help build a knowledge and reporting base for programs and overall portfolio.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science, scientific discipline preferred
  • Experience supporting projects in an administrative capacity preferred
  • Strong familiarity with project management software packages preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
