Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, including demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis to guide strategic decisions and build clear reports.
- Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial acquisition through client retention.
- Experience supporting, motivating, and collaborating with a diverse team.
