The Director, Wealth Advisor, is responsible for driving client acquisition and market growth in the Austin market through CPA partner channels, combining deep planning expertise with disciplined business development. This role owns the full lifecycle of client development—from building a proactive pipeline to converting opportunities into long-term client

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-value client opportunities;
Source opportunities through CPA partners, networks, and referrals;
Drive opportunities from introduction to close;
Maintain CRM discipline.
CPA Partner Activation:
Develop relationships with CPA partner firms;
Position Choreo as a strategic partner.
Lead high-conviction conversations;
Deliver wealth strategies;
Leverage planning, investment, tax, and estate capabilities to deliver cohesive recommendations.

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory.
Proven ability to originate and close business.
Experience with CPA or professional services networks.
Strong financial planning expertise.
This is a highly visible, growth-oriented role that requires strong ownership, market presence, and the ability to translate relationships into measurable business outcomes.
