Partner with Live Nation's National Accessibility & Inclusivity team to implement accessibility programs, maintain service standards, and support compliance with ADA and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with Guest Services, Security, Box Office, Food & Beverage, Production, and other venue departments to ensure accessibility accommodations and services are delivered seamlessly.
Complete post-event reporting, track trends, and provide recommendations that support continuous improvement of accessibility programs and services.

Serve as the venue's primary accessibility resource, supporting guests, employees, and venue leadership before, during, and after events.
Respond to accessibility-related inquiries and accommodation requests, while serving as a point of contact for guests and employees who may need assistance.
Conduct routine venue assessments to help identify accessibility barriers and opportunities to improve the overall guest and employee experience.
Assist with staff training initiatives and help promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all guests.
Fosters positive experiences for guests, staff, and other stakeholders in a manner that establishes the venue as a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment
A genuine passion for helping others and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced event environment.
