Responsibilities
- Supports non-cash rewards and recognition programs through data analysis and program administration.
- Provides analytical and administrative support for compensation programs and processes.
- Supports the execution of compensation activities, conducts routine compensation analyses, assists with market pricing and job evaluation, and helps resolve compensation-related inquiries under general supervision.
Requirements
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Advanced analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and tell a compelling story.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct broader workforce and market analyses, translating data into insights on internal positioning, pay competitiveness, and trends relative to the external market.
