About the role

  • Responsible for performing and complying with company sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP's).
  • Mixes proper and correct chemical usage during cleaning.
  • Reviews daily sanitation deficiency findings and takes corrective actions.

  • Hearing protection required in areas where noise level is relatively high.

Skills

  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Experience in a food processing facility; previous sanitation experience helpful.
  • Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. constantly; 25-50lbs frequently; greater than 50lbs. occasionally.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs.
  • Able to read, understand, interpret, and apply written instructions.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, incl. days, evenings, and weekends.
  • TB clearance from valid medical provider as required by the State of Hawaii, Dept. of Health
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions.

Compensation

  • $25k-$50k
