Responsibilities
- Lead weekly toolbox talks and other routine safety meetings.
- Document inspection findings, corrective actions, and safety performance metrics.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation as needed.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
- Ability to work independently and proactively lead field safety initiatives.

- This position will work closely with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and a Korean-speaking client to promote and maintain a strong culture of safety throughout all phases of construction.
Requirements
- Maintain required safety documentation, including training records, incident reports, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Coordinate and deliver additional safety training as required by the project or client.
- Verify employee compliance with required drug testing, certifications, and safety training prior to site access.
- Bilingual Korean-English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification required
- OSHA 500, OSHA 510, CHST, STS, or similar credentials preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety reporting/documentation processes preferred.
