About the role
- Ensure pantry services reflect healthy food access, client choice, and trauma-informed best practices.
- Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, truck operations, regulatory compliance, and site management.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven culture through positive communication and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily pantry operations, including food sourcing, donations, inventory, storage, distribution, and client records.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and support volunteers while maintaining volunteer policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a community outreach team where event management and/or project management was required.
- 3 years of supervisory experience required.
- Must be willing and able to carry bulk materials consistently, up to about 50 lbs, Retail/pantry management and administrative background required.
- Travel is required, reliable transportation from multiple sites.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $70,686-$95,634.
