About the role

  • Expanding Personal Injury Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Operations Assistant in our Baton Rouge office.
  • We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients and act as their advocate when working with third parties on their behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Objective Serve clients and support the case handling attorney during the Pre-Litigation phase of all assigned matters.
  • Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the firm in accordance with Laborde Earles Core Values.
  • Accountable to provide handling attorney support as requested and as outlined in case management software (Litify) tasks.
  • Accountable to provide general office support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference room(s), lobby, and other common areas, especially before and after meetings.
