About the role

You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems.
Collaboration: Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance.
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
Security: Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
User Support: Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.

2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles (equivalent experience considered).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Experience managing and configuring: Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu) Red Hat Satellite Server.
