About the role

We are looking for a Member Representative who is driven to make a positive impact on the member experience.
You have a relentless pursuit of excellence while bringing others along.
You do not settle for mediocrity and are comfortable with challenging the status quo.

Process a high volume of teller transactions, inquiries and requests (maintain cash drawers and daily balance of vaults and branch cash).
Builds progressive knowledge around all member-facing credit union products and services.
Provides support for community events.
Seattle Credit Union supports and invests in our employees.

0-1 years of banking experience.
Ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Ability to comprehend and apply credit union policy, procedure and protocols.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Financial Institution background.
Six months (6) or more of previous financial institution experience working with sales goals, referral goals, appointment or member attainment goals or up selling products.
Associates degree or more advanced degree.
Fluent in Spanish.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations such as Reg.
CC, Reg Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
