- The Facilities Process Improvement Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across facility maintenance and distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Successfully implement new technologies.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree (MBA or MS) in Operations, Engineering Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in warehouse/distribution and maintenance operations, preferably across multiple sites.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, 5S or similar methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Expert in Lean and Six Sigma and other methodologies that focus on efficiency and waste reduction.
