About the role

  • Auditing provides clients with an objective evaluation of a company's financial statements.
  • You will work with different teams to provide organizations in multiple industries with a representation of their financial performance.
  • As a member of the audit team, you will complete fieldwork for operational and financial audits across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Continue developing a network for future practice development opportunities.
  • Serve as career coach by providing constructive feedback as well as develop Audit Staff, Seniors, and Supervisors.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all client's executive staff.
  • Panel interview with a member of Human Resources and partner and staff who this position will interact with for candidates who advance from initial phone screen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Fully licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience is required.
  • Experience in Public Accounting and auditing.
  • Experience with audit software.
  • Ability to work extended hours during busy season.
  • Demonstrate high technical proficiency, client satisfaction, and ability to motivate staff.
  • Maintain client contact throughout the year as required by the nature of the engagement.
  • To be duly considered for a vendor agreement with Frost, PLLC, all formal requests must be exclusively submitted to hr@frostpllc.com.
  • Prior mid to large-size firm experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally to client sites to perform audit fieldwork (40-60 nights per calendar year).
  • Current, valid driver's license.
