Responsibilities
- Review project proposals and support development of clear scopes of work related to energy analysis and modeling Perform energy modeling and analysis for multifamily projects, including all-electric HVAC and domestic hot water systems Review architectural and mechanical drawings to evaluate energy efficiency, system performance, and program alignment Support energy audits, utility analysis, and savings calculations to inform design decisions Assist with documentation review, submission tracking, and verification for ENERGY STAR, LEED for Homes, Passive House, and related programs Coordinate with internal project managers to support schedules, scopes, and client deliverables Participate in on-site inspections and performance testing to verify alignment with modeled and program requirements Stay current on building science best practices, energy standards, and program updates
Requirements
