Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates.

Requirements

Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

Nice to have

1+ year retail management experience (preferred)

Compensation

$20.90 - $26.10 Hourly USD
