About the role

  • This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, auditable, and reliable data flow and transactions across the data systems related to the Corvallis and Singapore wafer fabs.
  • The primary data systems are Workstream, SAP S4, Holmes, RDMA, and related platforms.
  • This position plays a critical role in maintaining fab financial integrity, production continuity, and audit readiness, and requires deep understanding of manufacturing transaction semantics and cross‑system dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Systems Integration & Data Integrity, Operations Support
  • Own end‑to‑end transaction integrity across Workstream, SAP S4, Holmes, and supporting systems.
  • Design, implement, and validate logic for transactions such as scrap/unscrap and inventory adjustments.
  • Lead and support Holmes-Workstream synchronization testing, including wafer, panel, and device‑level transaction scenarios.
  • Provide direct support to manufacturing, inventory control, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain custom utilities and scripts that enable:
  • Document and explain complex system behavior to stakeholders to reduce operational risk and process errors.
  • Leads day-to-day design activities from concept through manufacturing and/or production, and pays detailed attention to design execution from concept through delivery.
  • Creates wireframes, user interface (UI) layouts, mockups, prototypes, visual artifacts, icons, and design specifications that are ready to be implemented by the rest of the team.
  • Leads design thinking sessions in collaboration with designers, program managers, and engineers, and applies design thinking methods to address requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing transactions, inventory accounting, and financial impacts of system behavior.
  • Experience working with SAP S4, Workstream, or similar enterprise manufacturing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex data flows and resolve issues spanning multiple systems.
  • Produce and validate calculations required for quarter‑end corrections, audits, and fab financial reviews.
  • Acts as the project management administrator to ensure all required project information and documentation are provided clearly on drawing sets.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting fab or high‑mix manufacturing environments.
  • Scripting or development experience (e.g., Perl, Python) used for system integration or utilities.
  • Experience supporting audits, quarter‑end close, or financial reconciliation in manufacturing environments.
