Responsibilities
- Implement plans and procedures to achieve the team's marketing objectives, positioning the firm to excel in winning and closing work.
- Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines; lead project-specific marketing strategy meetings; provide solutions to the firm's day-to-day marketing needs.
- Conceptualize and create information for various marketing activities.
- Apply best practices to enhance the effectiveness of projects, using market research methods to track trends and demands, and develop event concepts, promotions, and supervise activities.
- Perform internal QA/QC reviews to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketing information, analysis, and documentation.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze client intelligence information.
- Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients and strategize to build relationships with those clients.

Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- A minimum of six years of experience in a marketing role, securing work through competitive processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical and conversational-style writing, as well as reviewing and proofreading materials for content, grammar, and style.
- The ability to deploy marketing strategies to secure work.
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- Growing professionally within a group of talented and supportive marketing professionals
- You bring to the team:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Advanced abilities in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Self-motivation and initiative, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strict deadlines.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
