About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Digital Product Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences and driving sales for our yearbook division.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide feedback to the engineering team to enhance product offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to prioritize and design solutions for product issues and support requests.
Create and manage training materials, including step-by-step guides, graphics, and tutorial videos for customers and sales representatives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Canva and proprietary software for yearbook creation.
Skills 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for 3-4 years.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proficiency in web technology, including front-end and back-end technologies, and mobile applications.
Experience with Agile product development and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Preferred Skills Experience with content management systems and creating training materials.
Experience with Google Docs, Google Classroom, and WordPress.

Lead training sessions on product features for internal teams and support the annual updates for yearbook creation sites.
The pay range for this role is $23 - $53 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
