- As a Data Center Operations Intern, you will be a vital part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the management and maintenance of our data center facilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including cooling systems, power distribution, and environmental controls.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment.
- Help maintain network security protocols, including monitoring access logs and enforcing security policies.
- Support network testing, ensuring system integrity and availability.
- Facility Management Support:
- Support the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation.
