About the role

Are you an EHS professional interested in working with a diverse group of early-stage biotech companies, researchers, and spaces?
This role will report directly to the EHS Associate Director.
You will be a strong fit for this role if you have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the EHS field.

Support the EHS Associate Director in hazard assessments and project registration reviews
Maintain permits and registrations in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements

Must be willing to obtain or have OSHA HAZWOPER, EPA RCRA and DOT training certifications
Experience managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and scientists
Experience in biotechnology R&D and PD laboratory activities
Experience in local, state, and federal EHS regulatory compliance
Experience working with a cross-functional team
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and residents
Ability to ask questions to understand novel, complex technologies and the potential impact on EHS programs
Track and schedule required trainings for staff
Ability to work on location in Cambridge, MA including after-hours as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

Approximate monetary value of benefits (based off an individual - dependents increase value): $22,000.
