Manage onboarding for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth integration process.
Maintain the store's image according to company standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visual alignment.
Optimize warehouse management, merchandise rotation, and storage to maximize sales efficiency.
Enforce internal procedures, company labor codes, and sales regulations with support from HQ.

Create and manage

Have 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager with demonstrated leadership and management skills, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
Effective team management skills, ability to delegate responsibilities effectively, and strong organizational skills.
Ensure proper management of omnichannel operations, including adherence to required procedures and deadlines.

Oversee inventory management (partial or annual), ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Supervise warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with the store's sales potential, in coordination with the Merchandising and Area Manager.
