About the role
- This role will focus on Cisco Catalyst 9300 deployments, Cisco Nexus 5K decommissioning, network cutovers, and Cisco ACI-integrated infrastructure migrations within a production environment.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with deep experience in Cisco enterprise networking, switch migrations, maintenance-window implementations, and data center operations.
Responsibilities
- Support migration of network connections from Cisco Nexus 5K environments to new Catalyst 9300 infrastructure
- Support Cisco ACI-connected uplink migration activities
- Document implementation activities, migration procedures, and technical changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
- Strong expertise with:
- Experience with:
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts
- Experience working within structured change management processes
Nice to have
- CCNP or CCIE certification
- Experience with Cisco FEX environments
- Previous enterprise data center migration experience
- Experience supporting high-availability production networks

Compensation
- Starting at $125,000 per year, with the potential for a higher offer based on experience, certifications, and technical expertise.
