About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the tip of the spear, leading our outbound demand generation efforts and scheduling conversations with prospects.
- This role offers opportunities for rapid training and promotion in recognition of your success as an SDR.
Responsibilities
- Partner with an account executive and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities.
- With more than 5,000 clients and hundreds of employees across the globe, Comply empowers Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to proactively manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and scale with efficiency and confidence.
Requirements
- Ability to write succinct and thoughtful emails, while researching to include personalization.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Enthusiasm for working on a fast-paced team in a high growth company setting.
- Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in outbound tech sales.
- Willingness to make targeted outbound calls as a major part of the prospecting process.
- High level of organization and self-motivation.
Nice to have
- Customer-facing role in retail or hospitality is a plus, previous experience in SaaS sales preferred.
Compensation
- $45k-$60k
