About the role

This role requires overseeing various marketing channels, with a particular focus on digital platforms, while mentoring and managing a high-performing marketing team.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, client retention, and meet overall company revenue goals
Collaborate with the creative team to create on-brand content for digital campaigns, including web copy, blog posts, and social media.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for effective campaign management.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in driving brand awareness, content development, and customer acquisition.
5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and managing large digital ad budgets.
Ability to use Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and a working knowledge of Wordpress.
Experience scaling a brand regionally or nationally.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
