- In this role, you will greet guests, manage incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.

- SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
