About the role
- MicroVentures, a leading equity crowdfunding platform, is seeking an ambitious individual to join our Fund Management team.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of over 800 Venture Funds
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day fund accounting tasks
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams to meet all requirements to the highest standards of quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- At least three years of experience, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency with Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- The ideal candidate is a high-integrity individual with incredible attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, willingness to learn a unique business, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced financial environment.
Compensation
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
