About the role

You'll be working directly with a small, ambitious founding team in the HR tech / AI talent acquisition space.
Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events - delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end.
Plan, execute, and optimize outbound cold email programs
manage deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Create and distribute high-velocity content - blogs, emails, LinkedIn posts, social updates, testimonials, case studies, and product stories - with strong brand alignment.
Build and manage marketing partnerships
organize online and offline events to drive real attendee turnout.
Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.
Plan, execute, and optimize outbound cold email programs; manage deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

Experience across multiple growth/marketing domains (outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events) with the ability to run programs end-to-end.
Comfort with a scientific, hypothesis-driven approach: A/B testing, metrics tracking, and rapid iteration.

Experience running and optimizing outbound (cold email) programs and managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
SEO expertise: topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategy.
Strong content creation skills across blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
Experience organizing online/offline events and managing marketing partnerships.
Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms.
The team works together in person, so local presence or relocation is required.
