Responsibilities
- This role will help to define our new product introduction process, drive GTM execution for individual launches and new GTM motions, as well as manage the overall NPI program at an executive level.
- Own GTM program management for product launches across DDN's full portfolio, as well as new GTM motions
- Build and manage launch plans that align Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Support on scope, timelines, and readiness criteria
- Identify and manage multi-functional risks and dependencies, escalating gaps before they become launch risks
- Determine launch tier for each product and calibrate process rigor accordingly; build recommended GTM milestones and deliverables included in each tier
- Own Reporting & Governance
- Drive weekly status updates to executive stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions needed
- Manage the monthly executive Steerco - setting the agenda, synthesizing input across workstreams, and driving decisions on open issues
- Own and evolve DDN's NPI phase framework from the concept and definition phase through growth and Monitoring.
- A track record of building structure and process in ambiguous, undefined environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy and operations, or management consulting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional information into clear updates for executives
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting priorities as launches and business needs shift
- You will have real ownership from day one, direct visibility with executives, and the ability to shape how this function evolves in the future.
