About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 3rd to 6th year Associate in the Litigation Practice of our Sacramento office.

Ability to be strategic and analytical;
Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates
Extensive experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals;
Successfully argued motions;
Taken and defended depositions;
Trial preparation experience;
Solid writing skills;
Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates; and
Case management experience.

$215,000 to $350,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
