About the role

  • Join our finishing department as a Manufacturing Operations Associate!
  • We are looking for collaborative, agile team members who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a highly regulated, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
  • In this versatile role, you will own the production process from setup to final pack.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
  • Regulated Quality: Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
  • Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Technical Aptitude:
  • Comfort using computers and ERP applications.
  • Agility & Collaboration:
  • A team-first mindset with the willingness to adapt to shifting production needs, cross-train, and work overtime as needed.
  • Physical Ability:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout your shift.
