About the role

  • OPPO Research Center is seeking a passionate and innovative Research Scientist to advance our next-generation AI hardware platforms-including AI Glass/Earphone/etc.-through cutting-edge generative AI research.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop LLM model with parameter number around 1 billion, with special focus on developing innovative LLM architectures for long context memory, and in-context retrieve and generation Develop synthetic data pipeline/creating real data pipeline for LLM training Develop effective methods for benchmarking, e.g., LLM-As-Judge Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems Publish research findings in premier AI conferences (e.g.,
  • As part of our collaborative team, you will co-design algorithms and hardware, translate research into real-world products, and publish at top-tier AI conferences.
