About the role

Physical Therapists are r esponsible for supporting patient care and supporting clinic success by: Synthesizing pertinent information from a patient's referral, medical records, imaging, intake forms and subjective history taking.
Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and gait analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements and listening to patients concerns and goals.
Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback and other modalities to achieve patients' goals.

Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care for patients to include the patient's goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
Evaluating and documenting patient progress, utilizing outcomes to drive results and modifying the plan of care as needed.
