Responsibilities
- CareHarmony works comprehensively with providers to deliver value-based care management initiatives for their patients.
- Under the direction of the department manager, the Oncology Certified Nurse will be responsible for helping to develop best practices for managing complex Adult Oncology patients while acting as the content matter expert to assist with plan development and implementation for these patients.
- Fully remote position - Work from the comfort of your own home in cozy clothes without a commute.
