About the role

  • The Catalog Operations Associate ensures brands onboard onto Rokt Catalog product with speed, accuracy, and retailer-level quality.
  • This role directly enables Catalog growth by accelerating brand onboarding, protecting retailer trust, and improving operational scalability.
  • As Catalog expands across new retailers and brands, this position ensures quality and speed scale together.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to help shape how AI is used within Catalog workflows - including prompt design, testing AI-driven outputs, and influencing the quality and direction of our product AI.
  • Own brand/retailer product pipelines end-to-end from QA through retailer validation and live publish, ensuring product data meets retailer-specific requirements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product, QA, and marketplace issues across retail partners, and communicate directly with brands to unblock onboarding questions and product issues quickly and clearly.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Catalog QA workflows and retailer requirements, writing AI rules, improving tooling, and building scalable processes that reduce manual effort and rework.
  • Clear written communication and comfort working directly with external clients, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in QA, operations, e-commerce/marketplace onboarding, Shopify, or product data workflows, with strong troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-system environments.
