Sales process: Manage test drives, trade-in appraisals (as applicable), pricing discussions, and purchase paperwork in partnership with managers and finance.
Financing & protection products: Introduce financing options and coordinate with the finance team to support a smooth close.
Follow-up & relationship building: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and generate repeat and referral car sales.
CRM & lead management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, appointments, and your auto sales pipeline.
Training & teamwork: Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with sales, service, and finance to deliver a great customer experience.
