About the role

As a Software Engineer, 95%+ of your time will be spent coding and building.
While they use dailies and ticket grooming, the process remains light to keep the focus on building. - They hire people whose judgment they trust and then get out of the way. - You won't just pull from a backlog; you'll identify what needs to happen and build it. - You will see a direct line between your code and enterprise revenue.

How They Work Our client values craft and ownership over process.
Required Experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience. - You've previously worked at a Series A (or similar) startup and navigated the chaos of hypergrowth..
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python..
Experience refactoring legacy infrastructure into sustainable, scalable architectures.
