About the role

  • Pay The starting hourly wage for this role is $31.33 per hour.
  • In this vital 3rd-shift role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, maintaining strict production quality standards, and operating our specialized boiler and industrial ammonia refrigeration units.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong technical mechanics, a foundational understanding of electrical systems, and a dedicated commitment to workplace safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and document facility rounds, log entries, and operational checks across the boiler house.
  • Implement strict safety protocols for steam and ammonia systems, including proper deployment of S.C.B.A. gear.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve volume goals and uphold quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Proven capability to track operational records and compile structured technical reports.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions (0°F to 100°F+, wet, humid, confined spaces).
  • Ability to work in high-noise environments near moving mechanical parts, using necessary PPE.
  • Log maintenance activities via required paperwork, reporting any system failures or non-conformances immediately.

Compensation

  • The starting hourly wage for this role is $31.33 per hour.
