STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Fabrication Mechanic - Assembler (Trainee) to join the team.

Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials, assemblies, tube details, components and finished products.
Perform various functions by hand and utilizes hand tools to prepare hose for assembly including removing rubber to buff back ends for fittings, connect fittings to hose, apply RTV, and other assembly preparations
Measures angular dimensions, radii, contours, clearances, thread lead, wall thickness, and other specifications.
Performs a variety of quality tests per procedures.

Plans, lay out, fabricate, assembles, install, salvage parts from assemblies and repair rigid and/or flexible tube assemblies, fixtures, equipment, and products by performing the following duties.
Reads and interprets blueprints, method sheets, process sheets, policies and procedures to manufacture a variety of rigid and flexible metal tubes.
Loads, stacks, and transports stock, tools, dies, and work in process.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
