About the role
- Boca Raton, Florida-based CPA firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Processor/Administrator to join our office.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and has prior experience in a Public Accounting office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Tax Partners, including calendar management and scheduling client meetings (in-person, phone, or virtual).
- Maintain client databases and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of administrative and tax processing experience at a CPA firm or public accounting firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of tax software and practice management programs, including:

- $80,000 annually, in addition to a compensation package that includes paid overtime and comprehensive benefits.
