Develop and implement the overall construction schedule with the entire project team.
Collaborate with estimating and marketing departments during the preconstruction and pursuit phase of projects.
Accountable to lead and manage project specific QA/QC plans.
Independently manage and lead the pursuit of a project with pursuit team and Business Development team.
Actively participate in community and industry events and activities to build professional network and promote Knutson Construction.
Manage self-perform trades such as demolition, carpentry, concrete, and masonry scopes of work.
Review the performance of Operations employees working on assigned projects and collaborate with the Director of Operations, and General Manager regarding staffing developmental needs and evaluations.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams and managing the complete lifecycle of large-scale, complex Life Science & Technology projects from preconstruction through closeout.
