Link between production and development and support cross-functional industrial project teams.
Drive continuous improvement processes.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement techniques to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity (possibly in EV manufacturing).
Manage equipment installation with the supplier and provide documentation to management.

You have a Master of Engineering degree: industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar field.
You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs.

Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
You have 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, knowledge in EV-sector a plus.
