About the role
- Continuous Improvement Tasks will also be assigned by the Senior leadership Team.
- Activities will include deploying processes to reduce queue time, TAKT time, and unplanned down time.
- Additional responsibilities include implementation and/or participating in the development, execution, and maintenance of the transformation plans (preferably through Automation).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Computer Science (Ideal), Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or similar field
- Solid experience in Software Development is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds

Compensation
- Chatsworth, CA $80,000.00-$90,000.00 Annually
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
- The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
